2025 Senior Party - Parent Checklist
Note: Key dates and events will continue to be added through March 2025
Every parent and guardian is invited and encouraged to get involved in some way - big or small. It is a lot of fun! Our hope is that ALL seniors in the Class of 2025 will take part in this incredible experience! We know there is A LOT of information to keep track of with a graduating student. This checklist is to help you keep on top of all things related to the EHS Senior Party.
1. Learn more about the Edina Senior Party
This year’s party takes place on Tuesday June 3th, 2025, immediately following commencement. Students will be bused from graduation to the Mall of America (the theme park has been rented as a private space).
For context, due to construction constraints at Edina High School, the Parent Committee has worked hard to identify a new space for a fun and memorable party. Exciting things are in the works!
2. Stay Connected
If you'd like to receive notifications about the senior party, please sign up to be on our email list. Due to privacy issues, we cannot obtain your address from school. Your email address will be kept in confidence. Please add us to your safe sender list so we don't end up in your spam folder. You can also join our Facebook and Instagram Edina Senior Party Parent Groups to stay up to date on all of the excitement.
3. Join other Parents at the Par-Tee Fundraiser

4. Create your “Senior Body”
Our location may have changed, but the tradition of Senior “Bodies” posters lives on!
Friends and family are invited to an open house walkthrough of the Senior Bodies display at Kuhlman Field on Sunday, June 1st from 1:00-4:00pm. Come explore life-size posters of the Senior class and take the opportunity to capture a memorable cap & gown photo with your graduate! This is a rain or shine event.
The “Bodies” are a life sized, full body photo of your senior that are used to decorate the school. In past years, students have been photographed wearing a team uniform, t-shirt/sweatshirt of the college they are going to attend, or have used a senior photo. Last day to order from vendors is April 27th
The Bodies can be dropped off on Thursday, May 8th, and Tuesday, May 13th, between 5:00-7:00 PM at EHS Senior Warehouse (7930 Computer Ave)
5. Order your Yard Sign and/or Personalized Banner
Celebrate your senior with a EHS Class of 2025 Yard Sign and/or personalized banner.

6. Donate and Fundraise
The Senior Party is a self-funded event and receives no money from the school district. In addition to proceeds from registration fees, we rely on fundraisers throughout the year and prize donations for the night of the party. Your financial donation allows us to provide scholarships so ALL graduating students can attend, regardless of financial situation. Help us make this a memorable night for every student. 7. Gertens Fundraiser
Almost time to…think spring! Purchase your spring plants and flowers from Gertens AND help support the Edina High School Class of 2025 Senior Party! Gertens growers work hard year-round to ensure you are getting the best quality plant material. They strive to deliver beauty and provide people an opportunity to connect with nature.
This is one of the key fundraising events for the EHS Senior Party. We receive 30% of all plant sales and 15% of all plant card sales.

8. Spread the Word!
We want all EHS Class of 2025 students and parents to be a part of the excitement surrounding the Senior Party. Please help spread the word about the party to your friends and any families with a graduating student.
